What this site is

Türkiye Trails presents curated information about tours, activities, airport transfers and hotels across Türkiye. It is a discovery and referral service: no payments are taken on this site. You can either send a booking inquiry, or follow a link to book with an independent booking partner.

Booking inquiries

Submitting an inquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking and not a contract. A booking exists only if and when it is confirmed to you by email, together with the applicable price and cancellation terms of the operator concerned. Prices shown on this site are indicative “from” prices in EUR and may differ from the final quoted price.

Partner bookings

Where you book through a partner such as GetYourGuide or Viator, your contract is with that partner (and the underlying operator) under the partner's own terms, prices and cancellation rules. We may receive a commission for referred bookings; this does not affect the price you pay.

Content and accuracy

We curate descriptions, prices and ratings with care, but travel inventory changes constantly. We do not warrant that every detail (availability, price, schedule, inclusions) is current, and content on this site is not a binding offer.

Liability

Experiences and accommodation are provided by independent local operators and partners; Türkiye Trails is not the tour operator and is not liable for their performance or conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
